CLIENT REVIEW:

DESTINATION WEDDING SPECIALIST: First off, I wanted to start out by saying if you don’t have a travel agent, I HIGHLY recommend Beth Rasor with Luxury Travel Boutique. She went above and beyond for me in every single situation. She negotiated prices, set up meetings, came up with suggestions to any problems and had my back throughout the whole process. Could not recommend her more!

WEDDING PACKAGE: We chose the lavish and opulent package. This was the best choice for us since I wanted an outside vendor for photography. We ended up having 62 guest and ended up just paying per head whatever was not included in the package. We had the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the sunset gardens.

REHEARSAL DINNER: We did a welcome party/rehersal dinner the night prior to the wedding at the seaside garden. We chose to do open bar, thr mexican station, and a cigar roller. All of these were such a hit. The Mexican station was next level and all the guest really enjoyed it. The cigar rollers were also a hit but beware, they are strong.

PHOTO/VIDEO: We used Antonina Yurieva for photography and videography. I just received our pictures back and all I can say is wow. We chose her package that provided us with two videos (one trailer and one video of the whole ceremony/recpetion) along with 8 hrs of pictures. These pictures are amazing and everything I could have asked for. Her and her husband are so so talented

DJ: As for DJ, we used the preferred vendor which is GC star. German was our DJ and absolutely killed it. He read the dancefloor so well, never played a song for too long, and kept the party going. We had so much fun with him and by the end of the night we had guest trying to buy an extra hour just so they could keep dancing; he was extremely professional. One guest asked for a song that wasn’t the current vibe and he even took the time to come up and ask if it was ok to play. He got everyone to the dance floor seamlessly and once he did, I don’t think anyone left it. Highly highly recommend! We did the package that included the LED dance floor and cold fireworks.

FLORAL: We used the preferred vendor for floral, Kate Proskurina. She was great!! Everything was completely as I visioned, my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and she was so easy to work with. Everything was so beautiful.

FOOD: For food, we chose to do a Buffett style since we had a good bit of guest. Everyone loved it and the guest raved about the food for days after.

HMU: For hair and makeup, I used Vianmy Jacobo. I found her through instagram, makeupviard. She is a real professional that you can tell really has a passion for what she does. Her and her team do beautiful work. The only thing I would say about this is some of my bridesmaids struggled with their makeup lasting all day. Others it lasted them all night, including mine. I think it just depends on skin type.

WEDDING COORDINATOR: My wedding coordinator was Carolina Noble. Though I find her response time could be quicker, she is such a professional and definitely knows what she’s doing. Anything I asked for, she made it happen. There were so many added details that I didn’t even think of that she included that made the day even better. If I could do the wedding all over again, I’d choose her over and over.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: Overall, wedding day was amazing. It felt like such a fairytale having all of my favorite people in one place. There were multiple little fires that needed to be put out before the wedding which caused a less than relaxing situation before, but once wedding day rolled around, it was all smooth sailing. The wait staff during the wedding was amazing. No one left the dance floor, they were learning peoples drinks and bringing it to them before they were empty, they were bringing shots around and doing fun cheers with people. It was such a good time. “

HIGHLIGHT: My highlight of the destination wedding was being able to just be on vacation with 63 of my favorite people, but if I had to choose, I highly recommend doing an excursion before the day of the wedding. The catamaran trip was one of the only times I truly felt no stress before the wedding and was able to really engage with my guest with no worries.

A destination wedding is a trip many people will typically never be able to experience again. Having so many people on vacation with you is so much fun and it is a party that never ends. Everyone seems just so happy to be there.

My destination wedding was one for the books. We laughed until our stomachs hurt, we cried happy tears pretry much alol week long lol and we all loved so hard you could feel it in the air.  It was such an amazing trip and one I don’t think anyone will forget.

client review:

Beth was truly the best thing that could have happened to me and my wedding planning. As a laid-back bride who never had a Pinterest-perfect vision in mind, the idea of planning a wedding honestly terrified me. But Beth made everything so effortless. She thought of every detail, asking the right questions, offering thoughtful suggestions, and making sure the day went as smoothly as possible. She had my back every step of the way. There wasn’t a single thing I asked that she wasn’t willing to do, and I always knew that if I was unsure about something, I could turn to Beth and she’d handle it. I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone planning a wedding or even a vacation. She’s truly exceptional.
