Hi, I’m Beth Rasor! I began my career in the travel industry in 2018, fueled by a passion for creating meaningful and memorable getaways for couples, families, and groups. A few years in, I discovered a true love for planning destination weddings for couples from all walks of life. Exceptional client service and prompt communication are the cornerstones of my agency. My mission is to make every step of the planning process smooth and stress-free, bringing each client’s travel vision to life.
Prior to joining Luxury Travel Boutique, I obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and worked in community and hospital pharmacies for nearly two decades. I call Ohio (OH-IO!) home with my three boys and Boston Terrier, Olive. When I’m not planning destination weddings, I can be found at a football field or baseball diamond cheering on my boys – or – vetting wedding venues throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe!

Felipe has worked in the travel industry for over 10 years with hotel, destination management company and tour operator experience.
He has traveled extensively throughout Mexico and the Caribbean and is very knowledgeable of numerous hotel brands. His current role focuses on on-boarding and finalizing wedding groups and he also manages the agency's social media accounts.

The majority of our clients have a vision for their getaway but need assistance in making their dream a reality. We will curate vacation options based on your preferences. Vacation options are presented in a custom proposal. After you review the options presented, we will use your feedback to present additional options if needed.
After you submit a travel inquiry form, a travel advisor will review your information to make certain Luxury Travel Boutique will be a good fit for planning your vacation. If your vacation is outside of our scope, we will refer you to another travel advisor who specializes in the destination or vacation type that you are seeking. We are connected to an extensive network of highly qualified travel advisors.

This will depend on the destination and type of vacation. Some vacations can be booked days prior to departure while others should be planned at least one year in advance. Due to constantly changing rates and availability, we recommend submitting a travel inquiry form when you are actively ready to book a vacation. If you are unsure about traveling due to current travel advisories, it's best to wait to submit an inquiry form until you are comfortable traveling.

For the majority of our clients, Travel Planning Services are at no additional cost when vacations are booked with Luxury Travel Boutique. For custom itineraries or multi-destination itineraries, clients will be provided a quote for planning services. If the client would like to proceed with planning, the service fee must be paid prior to commencement of planning.
