Hyatt Ziva and Zilara Cap Cana

Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Cap Cana is a tropical paradise where guests can indulge in all-inclusive luxury surrounded by magnificent ocean views and incredible amenities like sprawling infinity pools with swim-up bars, a water park with a lazy river, 13 bars and lounges, a world-class fitness center and so much more.

We are working with Luxury Travel Boutique to arrange resort accommodations and airport transfers for our wedding guests.  To attend our wedding events and enjoy a relaxing getaway, please book your room within our wedding group via the Reservation Form below.  Thank you for honoring our request to book your room within our wedding group and not directly through the hotel or any other means.

We have secured rooms for our guests at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana All-Inclusive Family Resort and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana Adult-Only Resort  May 28, 2026 - June 2, 2026. However, you are welcome to arrive/depart before/after these dates.  To book a room within our wedding group, a minimum 3-night stay is required.  You can book your room via the Reservation Form for only $100 down.  If you are booking more than one room, please complete one Reservation Form per room.  Reservations and final payments are due on or before January 7, 2026.

Hyatt Ziva (family-friendly) & Zilara (adult-only 18+) Cap Cana are all-inclusive resorts set in the most exclusive area of the Dominican Republic and located only 15 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. Located on the sought-after shores of Juanillo Beach, the resorts are a tropical paradise where guests can indulge in all-inclusive luxury surrounded by local culture, magnificent ocean views and incredible amenities like sprawling infinity pools, a water park with a lazy river and slides, swim-up suites, unique restaurants and bars, 24-hour Room Service, a state of the art fitness center, kids club, teens club, entertainment and so much more.

Adults guests of Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Cap Cana will have free flow access to amenities at both resorts.  Guests seeking an elevated level of service and amenities can elect to stay in a Club Level room which include access to private lounges/bars with premium liquors, private pools, a la carte breakfast and lunch at dedicated restaurant and dedicated concierge.

  • The following room categories are being held in limited quantities at set pricing. Additional room details can be found on the website above.

    The all-inclusive rate is determined by room occupancy and room category.  To obtain package quotes for your specific travel party and travel dates, please visit the "Reservation Form".

    Double occupancy rates listed below are per adult per night for all-inclusive resort accommodations.  Guests 13 years or older at the time of travel are considered adults for rate purposes.  Double occupancy means two adults sharing one room. Single, triple and quad occupancy rates will differ.

    Child Rates: Child rates (ages 3-12 at time of travel) only apply when booking two or more adults in the same room. If children (12 & under) share a room with only one (1) accompanying adult, the adult will be charged the single occupancy rate. Children 2 years old and younger at the time of travel can be added at no additional charge but are subject to occupancy restrictions. Extra beds and cribs are subject to availability.

    Bedding Preferences: At Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Cap Cana, you can reserve a room with the specific type of bedding you prefer.  It is very important that you specify your preferred bedding type on your reservation form (King Bed, Two Queen Beds, Crib, etc.). 

    Package Pricing: You can obtain package pricing including private wedding events, all-inclusive resort accommodations, airport transfers and travel protection by creating a reservation via the Reservation Form.

    Unlisted Room Categories: If you would like to request a room category not listed above, you may do so on the Reservation Form by selecting "Unlisted" for the Room Type and providing the room category name.  You will then be provided a group quote for the room category requested within 3-5 business days. 

    • Guests are responsible for booking their flights to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

    • Please ensure the name listed on your airline reservation matches your passport book exactly.  No refunds will be issued for denied boarding situations. 

    • In order to make sure your arrival and departure go smoothly, we kindly ask that you provide your flight information at least 60 days prior to arrival so that we can schedule your transfers accordingly.

    • You can send us your flight information by filling out the following FORM.

    • Please do not forward flight confirmations or email screenshots of your flight information. This is the format the transportation company requires. 

    • If your arriving or departing flight number(s) change(s) after submitting this form, please submit a new form as soon as possible to prevent transportation delays upon arrival.  If your flight time changes, you do not need to contact us.

    Tips for Finding Flights

    • Luxury Travel Boutique highly recommends using a flight tracker tool such as Google Flights to find the best flights for your trip.

    • The free online search engine will allow you to search multiple origin airports, preferred airline, travel dates, number of stops, length of connection, etc. 

    • You can sort the options populated by price, duration, arrival time, departure time, etc. 

    • The tool will also tell you the cheapest dates to fly relative to the travel dates requested.

    • You can also view a "Date Grid" and "Price Graph" to show the most economical options relative to the travel dates requested.

    • Once you find a route you prefer, you can opt to track prices and you will receive emails when the price changes. 

    • Keep in mind that some airlines do not release air schedules until 5-6 months prior to departure.  

    • It is best to book air directly with the airline to provide the most flexibility if changes are needed. 

    • Be sure to review change and cancellation policies specific to the ticket class you are purchasing.  Airlines offer "Basic Economy" routes that are less expensive but very restrictive.

  • Roundtrip airport transfers can be added to your reservation from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to the resort. You may choose from the following transfer types:

    Shared Transportation: You will share the vehicle with other guests and may make stops at other resorts prior to reaching your resort or the airport.

    - $30 per person from/to Punta Cana Airport (PUJ)

    Private Transportation: Only your travel party will be in the vehicle and you will make no stops at other resorts. 

    - $103 per vehicle from/to Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) for up to 6 guests sharing the same exact flight itinerary

    Luxury Private Transportation: Only your travel party will be in the vehicle Luxury SUV and you will make no stops at other resorts.

    - $151 per vehicle from/to Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) for up to 4 guests sharing the same exact flight itinerary

    Transfer pricing is subject to change. 

    For private transfer options -

    • ALL guests must be arriving and departing on the same exact flights to ensure that guests sharing the transfer arrive at the same time.

    • Similar arrival times on different airlines/flight numbers cannot be accommodated as delays and cancellations do occur.  

    • If you will be sharing your private transfer with guests on a different reservation, please include a note on your reservation form or email LTB with the names of the guests that you will be sharing your private transfer with. 

    Transportation Modification: Airport Transportation can be added, changed or removed up until 30 days prior to departure.  Transportation changes made within 30 days of departure will be charged a $50 change fee.  No changes are permitted within 20 days of departure.

    Alternative Travel Dates/Resorts: Airport transportation offered is for the same travel dates as the hotel reservation and to/from Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Cap Cana only.  Alternative travel dates and/or drop-off/pick-up locations cannot be accommodated.  

    Flight Information must be provided a minimum of 60 days prior to your arrival so your transfer can be arranged.  If flight information is not provided by the deadline, we can't guarantee the transfer service and no refund will be issued for unused services.  You can send us your flight information by filling out the following FORM.

    Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle: If a wheelchair accessible vehicle is required, this must be specifically requested with a full description of passenger needs. Additional charge may apply.  Please provide additional information under the "Special Requests" field on the Reservation Form. 

    Child Seats: To ensure proper fit, it is recommended to bring your own child seat from home.  If you prefer to rent a child seat from the transportation company, please add a note under the "Special Requests" field on the Reservation Form and provide the child's age at time of travel.  You will be contacted with rental rates.  

  • Deposit: $100 per room OR the cost of Group Protection Plan (if selected) is due at the time of reservation.

    Final Payment: Reservations are due in full by January 7, 2026.

    Luxury Travel Boutique does not store payment information. A signed authorization is required for all payments.

  • Purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment.  

    Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. 

    Vacation Express (VE) Group Protection Plans are non-refundable/non-transferable after purchase.  If you purchase a Group Protection Plan at the time of booking, refunds due to cancellation are subject to the terms of the travel protection plan.  Group Protection Plans can only be added at the time of booking. 

    Changes:

    • Until January 07, 2026 - no fee, subject to availability.

    • After January 07, 2026 - subject to a $50 travel agency change fee per change in addition to any supplier penalties, subject to hotel approval, availability and prevailing rates. Removing a guest from a reservation is considered a cancellation. No changes are permitted within 20 days of departure.

    • To make changes to your reservation, please email Luxury Travel Boutique at info@experienceluxetravel.com your reservation number and specify which changes you would like to make. All change requests must be made in writing via email.

    Cancellations

    • Until January 07, 2026 - subject to a $100 per room cancellation penalty.  If a VE Group Protection Plan was purchased at the time of booking, the travel protection plan is non-refundable/non-transferable and refunds are subject to the terms of the plan policy. 

    • After January 07, 2026 - subject to 100% penalty and fully non-refundable.  If a VE Group Protection Plan was purchased at the time of booking, the travel protection plan is non-refundable/non-transferable and refunds are subject to the terms of the plan policy.  No refunds can be provided for reducing nights, removing guest(s) or downgrading room category. 

    • To cancel your reservation, please email Luxury Travel Boutique at info@experienceluxetravel.com with your reservation number. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

  • Travel Protection is highly recommended for all clients traveling internationally.

    It is recommended to protect your getaway with travel protection at the time of booking.  Group Protection Plans cannot be added to your reservation at a later date.  If you opt to purchase travel protection separately from your reservation, plan benefits may be reduced if not purchased at the time of deposit.

    Choosing not to purchase travel protection could result in the loss of your travel costs and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without travel protection, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred. 

    There are many travel protection plans available.  Please review plan details prior to purchasing a travel protection plan to determine if the plan is right for you.

    If you reside outside the United States, please consult a local travel insurance company to obtain travel protection. 

    Vacation Express Group Protection Plans - can be added directly to your reservation only at the time of initial booking.

    • Group Protection Plan (GPP): You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate (less the cost of the travel protection plan).

      • Must be added at the time of reservation. 

      • You can cancel for any reason no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. (see plan for details).

      • The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.

      • Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.

    • Group Protection Plan Plus (GPP+):  You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment (less the cost of the travel protection plan). 

      • Must be added at the time of reservation.

      • All cancellations on GPP+ must be received by Vacation Express no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. (see plan for details).  

    • Once purchased, these plans are non-refundable.

  • Every person traveling to the Dominican Republic will need a valid passport book. If you do not have a passport book, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take several months. For current processing times and additional info please visit this LINK.

    Your passport book should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel.  Do not risk it, renew if you are due!

    It is the traveler's responsibility to have proper travel documents for this trip.  In general, U.S. Citizens traveling internationally must have a valid passport book at minimum.  Non-U.S. Citizens and resident aliens should contact their respective embassies and/or U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations and required documents.

  • Find a lower price?

    It's very important that you make your booking with the wedding group via the Reservation Form as it is required to attend wedding events.  If you choose to book outside of the group, you may incur additional fees to attend wedding events.

    If you find a better rate, please let us know and submit it for a price match.

    Please take a screenshot which includes the following offer details: date/time the rate was found, website, number of adults, room category, travel dates and price in USD (US Dollars).  The resort requires this information when reviewing a price match request. 

    How to submit a room-only price match for a new reservation:

    1. Submit your reservation as normal via the Reservation Form. In the "special requests" field, enter the room-only rate you found in USD and where you found the rate.

    2. E-mail a screenshot that includes the offer details listed above to info@experienceluxetravel.com

    Your credit card won't be charged until the lower rate is confirmed with the resort. You will receive a complete reservation itinerary to review and approve with adjusted pricing prior to charging the credit card submitted.

    How to submit a room-only price match for an existing reservation:

    1. Take a screenshot that includes the offer details listed above.

    2. Send an email to info@experienceluxetravel.com with your reservation number and screenshot attached.

    Price Matching Details:

    Room only rates in USD must be publicly available (membership clubs excluded) to be considered by the resort for a price match. The hotel can't match prices that require a login.

    Vacation package rates which include airfare, airport transfers and/or travel protect cannot be price matched. 

    Advanced Payment rates (full payment is due at the time of reservation and are usually non-refundable/non-changeable) cannot be price matched. 

    Hotel loyalty program membership rates cannot be matched. 

    We are only able to accept requests against US based companies and websites. Hotels reserve the right to decline any matches requested against non US market rates. This includes websites such as Snaptravel, Booking.com, and Agoda.com. Many of these agencies also include a booking term that allow guests to be "walked" to nearby properties without warning or refund.  

    All price matches are subject to approval by the resort.  Luxury Travel Boutique cannot guarantee a price match request will be approved by the resort.

    Special Requests: If you have any accommodation needs including a wheelchair accessible room or transportation, ground floor or elevator access; it is imperative that you include these needs on your reservation form to ensure that your room category is arranged accordingly. Additional examples of requests include room location, adjacent or connecting rooms, sharing a private transfer with other guests not included on your reservation, or a special celebration.     Room Occupancy: Occupancy limits apply for all room categories. Please refer to the room category descriptions on the booking website for the maximum number of adults permitted in the specified room category. The all-inclusive rate is determined by room occupancy.

    Travel Dates: Pricing is date specific based on your arrival and departure dates.

    Bedding: Guests can select from either one King Bed or two Double Beds. Please be sure to let us know which bedding you prefer on the reservation form.

    Unlisted Room Category: If you don't see the room category you prefer in the drop down menu, please select "Unlisted" from the "Room Category" drop-down menu and type the preferred room category and bedding type in the text box below. You will receive a quote for the requested room category via email.

    Special Requests: If you have any accommodation needs including a wheelchair accessible room or transportation, ground floor or elevator access; it is imperative that you include these needs on your reservation form to ensure that your room category is arranged accordingly. Additional examples of requests include room location, adjacent or connecting rooms, sharing a private transfer with other guests not included on your reservation, or a special celebration.
